Ash Wednesday Service at Aldersgate York

Ash Wednesday begins the season of Lent, a season of letting go of that which easily distracts us so that we can pursue God’s purpose for our lives.

On this night, we will rend our hearts to God, recognizing that we are mortal, but God is eternal.
