Transformation
Just before I made my annual trip to Spokane, WA in early May, I admit I was a little puzzled when I was asked what my favorite color was…I responded yellow…and then blue…and then, “Why do you ask?” It seemed something was “afoot.” Was it ever! I returned to find a lovely blue office, a beautiful and more functional desk, an attractively arranged bookcase, plants, tastefully chosen decorations, and my files FILED! My office, which was originally a storage closet with no window; now offers me a view of a soothing landscape.

I can’t express the depth of gratitude I have for all who pulled together and worked so hard to create this welcoming and comfortable space with a great sense of interior design, organizational expertise and coordination of volunteers. Thanks goes out to Jim Smith, Bob Davis, Jerry Bowman, Andy Miller and many other unnamed helpers. NOW…the question is… “Should I bring “The Buck” back?”
