What Happened to November?
November was such a busy month in the life of Aldersgate Church. It’s hard to believe just how quickly it came and went!
We kicked the month off with an awesome community Trunk-or-Treat event and then immediately jumped into our newest series on 1st Corinthians, Conviction & Compassion.
Our mission teams at the church also saw a busy November with the Christmas Craft & Gift sale hosted by the Women in Mission and a variety of talented local craft vendors. This years craft show raised nearly $3000 for missions and also $1000 from the bake sale that will go to operations cost of the Amazing Adventures Preschool.
This month we also collected materials for flood buckets that will be distributed to Mission Central and onto areas in need from recent flooding and disaster – as a church, we filled nearly 20 buckets with continued plans to send another round of collections in the near future.
Thanks to your generosity and love for Jesus – Aldersgate Church also filled 75 shoe boxes for the Samaritain’s Purse program that will be distributed to children across the world this Christmas Season.
It’s been busy around the church this fall, but we are so blessed!
