Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship
Aldersgate Church in York, PA, an independent church in the Wesleyan tradition, is seeking a qualified and called person to be our full-time Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. The Director will develop discipling relationships and programs for youth in grades 7-12, college students, and post-college young adults, living out the church’s vision to help people know, live, and share Jesus. We are looking for someone with some education and experience in ministries with young people, an orthodox Christian faith, the ability to disciple young people one-on-one, in small groups, and large group settings, and a desire to work as part of a great staff and lay leadership team. The position is 40 hours per week, and the compensation range is between $40-50k depending on education and experience. Health benefits are provided at 90% for the employee, and pension, paid time off, and other benefits are part of the compensation package.
