01.16.22 | God’s Way of Renewal | Pastor Dale Parker
With last week’s weather cancellation, the Renew sermon series will officially start this Sunday. The Church-at-large is struggling. Our culture around us is changing. And, social distancing has caused Christians to be disconnected from God and each other. Is there any hope? Absolutely! The God who invited His people to return from exile in the Book of Ezra is the same God who invites us from our spiritual exile. Join us in this new sermon series called “Renew” to learn how we can return to God, rebuild what is sacred, respond to oppositions, and reclaim our new identity.

01.23.22 | Renewed Worship: A New Hope | Pastor Austin White
We are all in need of a new beginning… a new hope. When Israel was in exile for 70 years, they lost sight of their priorities, but God gave them a new beginning to restore what had been lost and take part in building something new. God sent them to rebuild the temple, and before the foundation was even laid, they built an altar so they could immediately return to their practices of worship. Everyone took part in this sacred work, and all of us are part of what God is building today. Through Christ’s life, death, and resurrection, God is offering us a new beginning. The Temple is no longer just a building, but a body, and renewal is not just a practice, but a presence, which manifests itself in our lives both inwardly and outwardly. Join us this Sunday as we seek God’s renewal by responding to Jesus’s call not only to build the church, but to become the Church.

01.30.22 | Renewed Worship: Reclaim Your Identity | Pastor Dale Parker
Over the course of time, events, and circumstances, God’s people have a history of compromising the identity that God has given. Instead of being transformed by the Holy Spirit who renews our minds, we conform to the patterns of the world so much so that God’s people look like, act like, think like the world. This is a detestable act against God which is redeemable for those who confess their ill actions, cry out for His mercy, and reclaim their identity. Jesus is crying “Lord forgive them! They do not know what they are doing.”
In this day God is calling for His wayward children to return to Him. Are you one of them? If not now, when?
