Schedule a Zoom Meeting

The purpose of hosting a Zoom meeting would be to connect virtually (through a computer, laptop, or phone) when physical meetings are not able to be held in the Church due to weather, building shut-down or a vital person cannot physically attend a meeting. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of this form. The Facility Manager will send you an approval email, if the date and time is not available the Facility Manager will contact you to discuss other time frame options.
