Volunteer In Missions Training prepares you to lead a UMVIM Team locally, nationally, or globally. Topics covered include: Best Practices, Cultural Awareness, Health and Safety, Team Orientations, Useful Forms, and Fundraising. There is always room to become better missionaries and servants.
This Training is open to all whether you have lead teams already or have never even been on a team. Taking this training does not require you to lead a trip, but rather equips you for service as you will learn from the course materials and from one another.
Come and learn more about the connectional system of United Methodist Volunteers In Mission. (Only 1 training is required. Simply pick any date below that suits your schedule.) 9am-4pm Light breakfast and materials provided. Please bring a bagged lunch.
