Where Did You See God Today?
It’s Advent. We’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of the baby Jesus—God in the flesh. But the Bible tells us that God has always been here.
In a Disciple Study our leader would ask us, “Where did you see God this as the time passed, we all became more aware of week?” And the places and people through which God had appeared. It could be as simple as a “thank you” or a small act of kindness. It might have been a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or even in the wind or storm. Maybe it was the hug from a friend or a child. Or perhaps it was the note or word that addressed a deep need.
I encourage you to use this “waiting time” to look for ways that God enters your life on a daily basis. And then thank Him for each and every encounter that comes your way.
Have a blessed Christmas!
