Open call for ladies and gents who love to sew, or would love to learn!
Can you operate a sewing machine? We need YOU! Can you hand sew? We need YOU! No experience necessary. In a quick lesson, we can show you how you can impact the lives of those needing the comfort that someone has said prayers for them.
Our Prayer Quilt Ministry makes 16-inch prayer quilts, free of charge, for anyone in need of prayer. The prayer can be lifting up, encouragement, or celebrating happy occasions such as baptism, special birthday or a new home. Our quilts are always available for members and friends suffering a loss and in need of prayers.
The fabric and instructions are supplied or you may use your favorite fabric and quilt block patterns. The quilts are machine sewn and bound, then hand-finished with 16 threads for the prayer knots. Come to a demonstration to learn more about how these wonderful quilts are put together. Joanne Hammen, instructor
Wednesday – March 18th at 7-8:30pm or Saturday March 21st at 10am-noon.

We will look forward to seeing you and DON’T FORGET YOUR NEEDLE!
